Responsible Gaming Information
If gambling is affecting your spending, relationships or wellbeing, pause and look for support. This page separates personal plans from unverified platform controls and links to general Malaysian help and UK health information. It is not an account-service or emergency page.

01
Personal boundaries and breaks
Decide your boundaries in advance
Set an amount of time and money you are prepared to use before starting. Keep essential spending separate, and avoid treating gambling as income or a way to solve a financial problem.
Take breaks and review whether the activity is still within the boundaries you chose. A category link or promotion is not a reason to go beyond them.
02
Recognise when to stop
Pause when the activity becomes difficult to manage
Stop if you are trying to recover losses, spending more time than intended or hiding the activity from people close to you. Step away rather than make another selection to solve the discomfort.
Consider speaking with someone you trust. This website does not promise winnings, predictable outcomes or recovery of money already spent.
03
Platform controls
Confirm account controls; seek help independently
A personal plan is not the same as an active account limit or exclusion. Ask the platform which options exist and when a confirmed request takes effect; KK8-specific tools are not verified here. If someone close to you is affected, you can seek support for yourself as well, rather than wait for their account problem to be resolved.
04
Verified support resources
Independent information and local help
For general psychological support in Malaysia, consult MMHA’s Find Help page for its current service information. It is not KK8 account support, a promised gambling-specific programme or an emergency service. Check suitability directly with the organisation.
The NHS information on gambling-related harm is a UK resource. Family, financial or health harm deserves attention; another deposit is not a treatment or a way to recover losses. This page cannot diagnose a condition or arrange care.
